Standard Parcel Shipping

• Delivery within 1-7 business days.

Large & Bulky Item Shipping

• Delivery within 7-10 business days.
• Applies to items longer than 105 inches (266 cm), over 150 pounds (68 kg), or with combined dimensions over 162 inches (411 cm).
• Delivered to the nearest main entrance or as close as possible for gated homes.

Processing Times

• Vary depending on the distribution center location.
• Get accurate delivery estimates by adding the item to your cart.

Free Shipping Requirements

• Free shipping applies to orders totaling €45 or more before taxes, fees, or shipping charges.
• If eligible items are canceled and the total drops below €45, free shipping no longer applies.
• Applies to items under 150 pounds (68 kg) or 70 pounds (32 kg) for PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, that meet standard weight or cube requirements.
• Valid only for orders shipping to a single address.
• Does not apply to Special Order items, which have future-availability dates and are not available for same-day store pickup.
• Shipping times start once the order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Carriers

• Standard shipping is handled by trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

Exclusions

• Special order items are not eligible for free shipping due to varying arrival times based on manufacturer and product type.
